Ok, cold start either overnight or 4-5 hours. Car starts normal, upon making a left turn the oil light comes on and flashes along with the beep. Flashes for about six times. Does it only two times. Oil level is normal, synthetic oil is used. Weather ranges from low 20's to mid 30's overnight. Engine is a 2.8 V6 30 Valve.

 

sounds like sludge to me, my 12v used to do the same thing. Pop off one of the valve covers and see what things look like underneath

 

Pour half a can of seafoam in the oil, drive 100 miles, and change oil and filter. Drive a couple hundred miles more, pour the other half can of seafoam in, and change oil/filter after 100 more miles. That should help with sludge. If you pull valve covers (which is a good suggestion) pull both and clean up anything you can. Have new valve cover gaskets on hand to replace the old ones - they'll be baked hard and very brittle.
