Red face Oil pressure switch question..

I am trying to replace my oil pressure switch. I read somewhere online that its RIGHT before oil cooler. Once I take it out, than it will be right there. I took off the oil cooler and I dont see oil pressure switch. LOL Could someone PLEASE help me out, I have to put my car together in less than 20 hours.

It should be above the oil cooler..I spent 10 minutes looking through my Bentley to try and find a diagram for the 2.8 oil cooler but it was not to be found. This is the diagram from the 1.8 FWIW. The oil pressure switch is #10.

thanks guys! you were both right. in 1.8 and 2.8 its in the same spot. right after the cooler. This noob right here thought it be somewhere inside where the cooler screwed on.. plus it didnt help that the part was black and disguised :P

Spent an entire Sunday afternoon swapping that out on my dear departed 96 2.8. That's an awful job for such a dumb little part. I remember I couldn't see it till I got the front bumper off, coolant drained and oil cooler off.

actually it wasnt so bad. i had a blonde moment. just unscrew that thing that goes into filter and oil cooler once you take out the oil filter. I tried to take hoses off first and than slide it out. bad idea. took a while. than when i was putting it back in, i had eurika
