oh well still searchbar, we have covered that topic so many times my head hurts, but I apologize for accusing you of thread jacking, it was just almost like a thread jack.

yeah, no worries, I understand how fustrating that stuff can be. I've been on a different messageboard for over 3 years, so I know how it goes.... anyways, back to the topic, I would paint the centercaps too. Black would look good IMO.

these look so good, can you really just use some rusto paint on your wheels and have it stay nice.
Time will tell, I guess.

looking great, the lip really does the trick!

my opinion for the center caps is to leave them as is. it's going to be very tough to paint those small rings and get them to look like that's how they came. I just don't want you driving around with crappy painted on rings... but then again a new set is pretty cheap on ebay so if you F-up you can always score some more. the car is really coming along, and the black one-piece housings are hot.

Yeah, I've decided I'm not going to try to do anything with the centercaps...the overall effect is kind of industrial and I like it. As for headlights...thanks! I can see why Depos let water in and Valeos don't though...these were REALLY hard to open compared to the Depos and I mangled them both some in the process [&o]. It was probably worth it though.
