My car is Pearl White, so my question is have any of you with pearl cars painted your lowers? How does it look, or is it pretty much impossible to match and make it look good? I really want to do this, but I want to make sure it looks great.

from what I have heard it is pretty much impossible to match the paint on your own....

though I have a friend with a pearl white a4 and his roof has some touchup paint on it that is pretty much perfect....

You can have a paint shop scan a body part from your car and get you pretty close but to exactly match a pearl finish is going to be very difficult. You can probably get close enough that it won't really be noticeable unless you're looking for it though. A paint shop here called Colours can match the paint color and put the paint into aerosol cans that you can use to spray the lowers. A shop near you can likely do the same.

 

Thanks for all of your input. This isn't something I would do right away, so I have time to think about it and look into some options.
