Default Performance parts

I have a 98 2.8L a4 I've looked around I can't find much for it (I know it's not a performance car) but I was hoping to turbocharge it but before that I wanted to get more fuel to the engine so if anyone knows where or how I can get some bigger injectors/throttlebody stuff like that let me know. Also i'm stuck with the car so don't tell to get something else please.

ECS Tuning will have many good parts you can use. You dont start sending more fuel to the engine unless its needed.

You cant also do one without the other for example: more power and then decide you want more fuel to the engine and vise versa. You need to do them all at once, best I recommend is you save up for all you need and then get it all at once and fitted, best option.

Turbocharging a 2.8 is not going to be an easy task. If you're truly "stuck" with the car, just know that to get any sort of decent forced induction setup will be $2.5k+, the lower end being a used PES G2 supercharger kit.
It would probably cost closer to $4k+ depending on parts used to build a worthy turbocharged setup. That's probably more than your car is worth... and with that money you can buy a 1.8T car (could still keep the 2.8 that you're "stuck" with), and with just a simple $200 ECU upgrade on the 1.8T car you could already have a faster vehicle (with better fuel mileage) than your current 2.8.

What is your power goal?

If you want a 30hp bump, that can pretty easily be attained.

Is your car a quattro, auto or stick? I ask because you need to figure in drive line losses.

Do you have a 2nd car to daily while your's is being worked on? Because your car will be down for 2 weeks or more, getting the turbo system built, tuned, etc. a daily driver 2nd car will be needed for when your turbo'd car breaks and you need to get to work to pay for parts.

I can't get another car and I can't sell this one. It's an auto quattro with just over 75k on it. I just want it to be a tad peppier so around 30 should be more then enough. I was thinking about running meth injection as well.

You can open up your exhaust a bit, new cool-air-intake and stage1 upgrade might do it. Then go to a good dyno shop to have it tuned. Think I'd talk to the guy with the dyno shop first and his experience will set you in the right direction for the tune your looking for.
