Please tell me why I should or shouldn't.
I'm about to take the plunge-- again! In 1997, I had the first A4 (a 2.8) in my city at the time. I loved that car and it was trouble free. I had to get rid of it 2 years later. 10 years later, new city, and I'm about to do it again!
This time, it's a 2000 A4 1.8T Quattro Avant, less than 68,000 miles, mostly city driven by a lady, and well maintained. It had the O2, MAF and SAP replaced under warranty-- more than once. Also the timing belt, tie rods, etc.-- the usual Audi things. The price is good.
I intend to use it to commute between 2 cities once each week, about 4 hours each way.
Can anyone think of a car-related reason I should not do this?
What would be the first maintenance items you would do in this situation?
