Default pleasse help!

Hello, i am new to the site but i have a problem in need of fixing. last night i went to start my car and when i did i had no headlights. i thought it was a fuse, but when i switched them, nothing happened. Also the turn signals and the windsheild wipers dont work either. can anyone please give me some info on what might have caused this!!!!
Thanks

loose or frayed wires....... if you have a tester(ohms meter, i think)...... test the wires around the switch for volts

In order to access the wiring for the switch, you will have to remove the steering wheel. Go to www.audiworld.com and check their tech section for the article on replacing the combination switch (that's the switch in question here). It will walk you through the removal, which is easy, and will allow you to check the wiring at the switch harness to see whether it's shorted or any wires are broken. Make sure your fuses are all OK too (use a multimeter to make sure they're good - a blown fuse can sometimes not appear to be blown). You may have something as simple as that.

The combination switch incorporates all of it.

I'm assuming that your car is running OK?

It sounds more to me like an ignition switch problem.

The multifunction switch shouldn't affect the wipers.
