Default Problems in the Cold (Please Help)

I recently had my throttle body replaced and since then, my car has been squeaking quite a bit following start up. The noise seems to be coming from the front of the engine (timing belt perhaps) and only occurs when the engine temperature is cold. Once the temperature gague begins to rise, the noise stops. I would be surprised if the timing belt needed replacement as I had it done about 10,000 miles ago; maybe its a roller or something. Any ideas would be great. Thanks guys.

Update: after letting the car heat up, I felt the exhaust and noticed that there was a bit of water in it. I checked the oil and noticed a white or off white colored grease or gelatinous substance mixed with the oil. What is Going on?

sounds like a loose serpintine belt, open her up and see if you have a loose belt somewhere

timing belt? I doubt it that would be obvious, could be the serpentine belt slipping or wasted tensioner
