Question about this 1.8T custom intake setup...

Where does this pipe go? I'm not familiar with what you're talking about.

You put it on the maf and the filter on the other side so then its far away from the turbo. Just make sure its a tight bend cuz its hard to get it to fit.

I live in denver and spend alot of time in the mountains. So I spend alot of time in wet nasty slushy roads, and haven't had any problems yet. and yes I have the box mod hole under the filter.

that heat shield must be how you tore your tip

Yea. because the heat shield curves down and touches the turbo inlet where is tore.(sarcasm. chough.)

hmm, i saw the K&N filter that i would need for the lower hose. crappy thing is stinkin $25!

RAWR!, ill hae to check another store for an offbrand hopefully.
