Nope, you need at least 16" wheels to clear the 12.3" rotors. You should be fine. It's pretty damn close, but they fit.

One more question, is there any sort of "A8" brake upgrade for the rear? to bigger rotors or something using the same method as the fronts?

If anything, you could upgrade to S4 rear brakes. It's not necessary though - the A8 upgrade is a great mod for the car but nowhere near extreme enough to necessitate balancing it out with bigger rears. For the amount of parts needed (rotors, pads, calipers, carriers, spindles, lines) it isn't worth it.

^This. If you end up running Porsche or Touareg front brakes you'll need to balance out the braking. Otherwise, unless you get all the S4 parts pretty much for free its not really necessary

I had a feeling since the converting the fronts would be easy, rears would probably end up not as easy .

Thanks guys

Another thing i forgot to ask, i had my wheel off today to check if i had the brake sensor wire, which i do. But for the A8 Rotors, they will fit within the dust shield i assume?

You could probably bend it and leave it on, but I always take them off.
