Default rear main seal leaking again! HELP

I took my 2000 a4 1.8tqm into a vw dealership for a clutch job (no audi dealerships around). I get the car back and I notice its leaking oil. Take it back and they took it all apart again and replaced the new leaking rear main seal. I get my car back yesterday and drive it home. Same F***ING problem. I called and they're gonna look at it again on monday.
What could they possibly be doing wrong? Is the rear main seal on this car that difficult to get right?
Also I'm worrried about oil getting onto my fresh clutch. Could this F up my Southbend clutch?
Any Ideas?

Is your rear main seal leaking or your trans mainshaft seal???

It's possible the leak can ruin your clutch.

i think its only the rear main seal leaking. i had 0 leaks before i had them replace the rear main. and when they dropped the tranny the second time they said it was rear main seal they installed.
How could they f up a tranny on clutch job?
This is turning into a nightmare.
