Here's a little background of my problems from yesterday and this morning:

Basically a giant fun mess of problems with the car over the last few weeks, I thought I was done, but I notice low boost after replacing a fuse to fix the grounds to everything
So someone told me to log blocks 031 and 032. Here's the log from a 2nd gear pull:

And something I noticed when I was under the hood: This line is torn pretty badly, could that be related? What line is this?

Well, the CEL is gone, I just went out to pick up a replacement fuse for the hazard lights that I borrowed for the control unit fuse, and I noticed I was boosting a little low (8-9). I had my laptop with me so I decided to log the boost, and all of a sudden I'm in limp mode, and pull these codes.
I cleared them, but the rest of the way home the car felt slow and shaky compared to normal. Hooray for problems.
2 Faults Found:
17736 - Knock-Control: Cylinder 4: Regulation Limit Exceeded
P1328 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 35-00 - -
