Last summer I called AoA and told them that my passenger seat's heating element had failed and burnt through the seat and burned my passenger. My drivers seat was also acting up and showed some signs of damage to the leather. They replaced both heating elements and reupholstered the bottoms of both seats free of charge. They also gave me a sweet *** Q5 2.0t fully loaded to drive for a few days (really made me wish I had a new Audi)

Just wanted to share, maybe some of you have the same problem as I had.

 

Buddy of mine b6 A4 seat burned him. He filed a claim with AoA got the seat replaced, his pants replaced (lol), and the medical bill from him going to the Drs.

 

He got hooked up lol I need to try to see if I can get something out of AoA lol both my seats are not hooked up at all lol I have wires to splice and plugs to figure out

 

Good luck! Just don't fall in love with the loaner car.
