Starter issue?
OK, had my starter rebuilt about four weeks ago. Now, upon shoving in
the clutch the car will do the following:
1- Start normal
2- Not turn over but will a second try
3- Make a grinding noise, then turn over
It's a 2.8 30 valve with a five speed A4 Avant.
Is this the clutch switch going? How easy of a fix? Plug and play?
I have yet to get the factory manual, so visuals are a boon.
