Default Stereo not receiving power until turbo timer starts

My piooner in dash dvd player has recently stopped working, and will only work when my turbo timer is counting down despite the orientation of the key or if the key is even in the ignition. There is no obvious signs of why it is doing this to me. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

Here is the manual for my turbo timer

Here is a video.

I recently changed out my Ignition Switch and pulled some relays to test them.
and i changed out the starter.

What wire/fuse did you tap into for the timer?

Fixed the problem, What happened was that the ignition switch wasn't fully seated into the slot by about an eighth of a inch. I was able to wiggle it in tighter to where it seated all the way into its collar.
Once i tested to make sure, turns out it wasn't triggering that little pin in there.
