stupid change holder
it wont close a while back it wouldnt open and i got it open. but now it wont close and theres nothing in the way.

IDK about a write up, but you can figure it out. It's not too hard. I'll give you the basic steps. I'm assuming your car is pretty similar to mine, seeing as they are both 97.
1. You need to remove the stereo. If you have removal keys, good. Otherwise, I just use collar stays(In case you don't know, the plastic/metal thing that keeps your shirt collar stiff).
2. Undo the screws holding the black trim piece in place. I think there's only like 2.
3. Pull the plastic trim piece off. Pretty straight forward, just do it.
4. I dunno what you need to get the coin holder/ashtray out, but I'm going to assume it's something simple like 2 screws or something. Shouldn't be hard.
If you need to remove the center console part like around the shift boot, i think you do that by removing shift boot then possibly a few screws? not 100% sure though. I haven't taken my car apart in a while. But hopefully some of this info helps.
