Default Stupid question. Should I change my brakepads with my new rotors?

I recently changed my front rotors. Should I change my brakepads that still have " meat" on them? or is it better to replace my brakepads with the rotor regardless how much "meat" is left on them.

You should be fine if they aren't wavy. You can tell from the previous rotors

its recommended to use new pads with new rotors because they mate when using the recommended bedding process, if you want better stopping with very little dust i use hawk hps pads, not as cheap as others but worth it IMO shop on-line for best pricing

As cincy said, yes you can reuse the pads. That being said , is it recommended to do that? No.

You don't always need new rotors when you do pads, but you should always do pads when you do rotors.

I didn't change my pads when I put new rotors after my old ones warped on my a6 and my brakes haven't caught fire or exploded Lol. But my pads were pretty new had a thick padding of pad. You should be fine.
