Suction Pump and Idle Control Valve question
Hi all,
Two questions:
- I was replacing my coolant temp sensor and vacuum lines today, so decided to clean/check the suction pump connected to the -brittle- breather hose.
>> Is there supposed to be air flow throw the little inlet/outlet that veers off at an angle from the main tube? I can only blow air throw the larger openings on the main tube.
- On an AHA 1998 2.8 motor, where is the Idle Control Valve located? Does anyone have a photo? I tried using a writeup I found, but the ICV was not in the location indicated (I think it was a 12v 2.8 or newrer 30v 2.8).
Thanks,
-Ross
