Yeah, swaps are always tricky. For awhile I wanted a 240sx with an SR20DET swap. But I decided that was way over my head for my first car and a daily driver no less. They're just less reliable and more finnicky. I heard this quote awhile back. "When you swap (or build) an engine you have three options: fast, reliable and cheap. You may pick two."
