Is there any way to disable the ABS light? I dont really care about ABS.
that means the ABS is on its last legs. basically if you don't replace the module soon it will stop working altogether. if you live somewhere it doesn't rain or snow often, you could just leave it. but anywhere else, I would recommend replacing the module
Is the behavior of the lights consistent across all models or is it individual based on which specimen I have. My abs module is off the car completely and sent off for a rebuild but the brake light is only blinking.
Does the blinking brake light then imply a worn brake pad sensor?

No, thats obvious. I was more wondering what it takes to get a solid brake light. Solid ABS light is obvious but I was wondering if the blinking brake light is a further problem that needs to be addressed separately.
Dont worry about the brake light, that comes on under certain ABS faults, the module not working or having communication problems for example, the abs AND a flashing brake light will come on. Most wheel sensor faults will only turn on the ABS light.
Ok, thanks Guys =)
I await my rebuilt module then to resolve the blinking lights. Seems as if my silicone trick worked on the back brake. It's now releasing and engaging properly and I didnt have to tear it down at all.
