Default throwing b5 towel in for this b7? see pic

Hello ... so I'm getting closer to going with a b7 CPO and throwing in the towel on my '01. looking at the car in this pic. It's an '06, quattro, manual... what's the deal with these 16" wheels? They make the car look awful. I thought the standard wheels for '06/'07, etc were the 17"ers? And, what about the Dolphin Gray? How come it's so rare? I can't figure whether I like it more or less than the quartz metallic gray. I think I may like the quartz (lighter), because there's more of a contrast btwn the ebony interior and the lighter gray. Any thoughts or info you have is appreciated. The thing I'll probably miss most about the b5 is the color... santorin blue, I think. legit.

B5 FTW!

I think you should go for it. DG isn't really that rare compared to some other colors. Those wheels come with the base package I believe.

I suppose the wheels are a bit boring, but they're not downright bad in my opinion.

Yeah, dealer said they'd change the wheels for me, which I'm happy about. I'm just more wondering what these are doing on the car to begin with. If part of a base package, there certainly aren't many base models out there...

^ I've seen some of those wheels on some B7's. I think different year of base models have different wheels.

I mean if you get the Ti package, you get a different set; Sports also come with a different set.
