tool to remove bolts on front axle

No problem. Just to clarify, after rereading my previous post, I realized it was a bit ambiguous. The bolts to not reuse are the large ones that go through the outer hub. I don't remember the torque spec, but you'll want a piece of pipe to help.

Yeah I did the axle the other day. A t40 will work for the small bolts but it is almost a triple square. $5 at napa.

Don't use a Torx unless you can't get a triple square - a lot of guys have torn out the bolt head splines using a Torx. If you're going to be doing your own work on these cars, a set of triple square bits is an inexpensive and worthwhile investment. Think I paid less than $15 shipped from Germanautoparts.com for mine a few years back. It included 6, 8, 10, and 12mm bits - pretty much all you'd need.
