No the APR kit will not, but the Elim kit will. With the Elim kit you can keep the stock manifold, stock cat, stock down pipe and the FMIC designed for a K04 will connect to the Elim with a little work.

You will need a new tune and upgrade to larger injectors which you can buy as a package with the Elim kit.
