Default turbo upgrade

I have a b5 model A4 with 133,000 miles. Is it ok to do a turbo upgrade on a engine over 100,000 miles?

I know many people who had done this before. Like said, just make sure you keep up to date and replace some of the old stuff.

Yeah, just don't go too extreme without rebuilding. Most likely with an engine with that many miles, your cylinder compression isn't as high as it should be, and things may be worn, etc.

Do a compression test and a leakdown check, and before you put in the big gun, do your timing belt service just because. I'd also change the fuel filter and clean out the oil pan and pickup screen. If all that is good, go for it.
