I would suggest the GTRS, you could get 250whp on pump gas even with the stock manifold.

So assuming i get this package you outlined, and the custom manifold, i plan on getting a high flow cat and a high flow muffler, and of course FMIC, with the tune to work with 93 gas from sunnoco, how much whp you think i should be getting? and torque? i have the ATW as well..........

Only way anyone is going to pull 230hp out of a K03 is on race gas and believe me I know seeing that I pretty much have the record on highest hp K03 for the A4 1.8t and that was done on my 2000 ATW. lol
I made about 250hp on 104 octane pushing 20psi with a custom GIAC tune. Funny thing is that was done on the stock injectors and stock 4 bar fpr. Like I said, there is no reason for larger injectors for a K03 on the B5 cars and this is because the B5 has a rising rate FPR while the B6 cars have a static FPR. So the B6 cars need to go larger injectors when the tuners push the boost higher then normal, this is why the tuners offer a stage 1+ (injector) tune for the B6.
Never got a chance to dyno my custom street chip for 91 octane and pushed 26psi, but dont think it was anywhere near 230hp.

I have a custom built "K04" from turboconcepts (wheels below, machined/optimized housing), running on stock injectors and what is called a "TAP Stage 2 12.5psi +50HP" chip/tune (FMIC, Carbonio, Test Pipe, Miltek). Turboconcept (sales@turboconcepts.com) used my core; price $200 or so more than 'as new' rebuilt (virtually new turbo).
My boost curve goes to 18.5 psi at 4000 RPM (10 psi at 2000, 10 psi at 6500). No codes (lean or else). What power can be expected from this setup?
Still trying to get a tune that works with this setup (plus injectors and AFPR 3-5 bar standing by).
