Well I sure as hell am never going to be buying from them again.. You call their phone number, a pre-recorded message of a little Asian man saying that they only provide phone support to their authorized re-sellers. I can smell an email battle coming to get my money back for a horrible HID kit. I think ill be buying the same old LLtek kit that i had in my last A4, i never once had a problem with them.
