I do remember stating that I was looking into a ATQ 2.8L V6...
Maybe you should read more before you all make a dumd quote.
Now the reason why the title is "VW in to Audi???" is shorter than "Need motor, trans mounts, radiator support, radiator, windshield, and anything else that I may find broken or missing as I work on the car".

Title and first post just say vw in a Audi. Nothing more. And we asking for more were called dicks. My reply wasn't to you so need to step back. And no, saying vw in an Audi is not helpful AT ALL!

I got a 2.8L 30V engine from a 2003 Passat.
Is it the same as the one found on an 2000 A4?"

Now that I have the engine and trans out, I wanted to clean up the engine bay and change all of the gaskets on the new engine going into it. So I started to look for parts and ran into a website that offer a 3.6L block with a 2.8L head.
My question is, would that work on an 2000 A4?
here's the website Eurospec Sport: New Audi and Volkswagen Products

thats a vr6... whole thing is different they are referring to the AAA head or the way better r32 head. you will need more than that engine to make it work. and you can build one for cheaper 8k is berdonkulous
