You'll be able to get the Depos apart from the front, so yours should be easier than mine. I got my projectors aligned and then got them mounted with 10-14 machine screws. Are you planning on going with the FX-R?

I fixed my rotation issue yesterday and I'll get some new output shots if it stops raining.

Having bixenon projectors in our headlights is a sweet deal. We can still keep the halogen bulbs intact, so our high beams will be even better! All you have to do is wire the solenoid to the high beam electrical connector and you're good to go.

I run the Morimoto Mini H1 projectors. They fit quite nicely inside the housing with plenty of room to spare. I'm kinda interested in the FXR projectors though, their output should be a little bit better. So if you could keep us informed of your progress with FXR projectors I would appreciate it

I would definitly do the FX-R's again. So much light. The Minis would probably be easier to fit, but I never like to do things the easy way.

Bixenon is the way to go. In the second pic with the highs on, the stock halogens are still lit but you can't even tell with the highs from the projectors.

Jb waterweld, and jb welded my oil pan. Most minor cracks ever. Talking hairline so it's holding up well.

New rubber on the stock 15s all the way around. Much better, and safer, for 300 bucks even at Sears. Not happy about still having the stock wheels, but one tire was bulging on the sidewall, and I felt very unsafe driving once I saw it... But, the traction is much better than the old ones, so I'm happy... maybe I should go find an autoX group and break them in right... haha!
