Thanks for all the well wishes. Gus/Auggie is my second. No **** about maintenance, compared to my kids my Audi is cheaper to run and whines less.

Thanks, Jeremy. What can I say? I'm getting old(just turned 46) and I'm at the stage of my life where I want to have a faster Audi before I hit geezerdom and start slowing down.

I'm not really a speed freak. In fact, I've never had my B5 over 85mph. But about a month ago I went out test driving different Audi's, and I drove my first two B6 S4's. Those Recaro seats, the combination of tight suspension and massively smooth engine & tranny, along with the paddle shifters on the S4 wheel made me fall in lust immediately. And the built-in Sirius Satellite Radio sealed the deal.

I'll post some pics after I get her and make sure she looks good enough to demo on here. It's Arctic White with Ebony interior.

Last night I put down a deposit on a set of sport cloth seats . Gonna pay the balance and take delivery early next week!
