Guy at advanced auto told me I can use green coolant in my car and didn't understand why I didn't agree. He showed me their computer listing the coolants I can use. Also never heard of pink coolant or g12. I ended up just saying i wouldn't put that **** in my car if you gave it you me for free and walked out.

And i bought black paint for a sleek project. pictures to come.

My B5 scared the **** out of me today. The little trunk pop switch on the lower part of the driver's door fragged itself and the spring that makes the switch face pop back up after you push it launched it up into my field of vision while I was driving

Wow I would have thought the control arms would just break or crack, not bend.

**** man, that sucks Hopefully it's back on the road soon.

Bshusted and others who got your Cree projector reverse LEDs, whaddya think?

Today, I got a boost from Don and Meloman in the form of two parts I was in need of for the console conversion. Got the hazard switch from Don and the in-dash cupholder from Brandon (thanks again guys ). It's assembled now, and needs only the plug connectors to light the cupholder and ashtray (which I'll clip out of a car at the yard), and the Symphony radio. Might be trading an Alpine unit for one, but if not, I'll order from ECS and once it arrives, I'll be ready to install the conversion along with the short shifter. For now it's just sitting and waiting.

I think they're great. The better test was when I needed to back out of a tight spot last night and my wife was standing back there spotting for me. When I put it in reverse she complained that it was too bright. Mission accomplished!

If there is a group buy, I want a rebate on the ones I just bought.
