ok i keep getting these orange oxidation/rust looking spots on my car. it's mostly by he bottom of the car but it's really annoying. here's a big picso you can see it. i've gotten the spots off with claybar before but they keep coming back.

 

it is called acid rain man....... nothing you can do about it

 

i've never seen it before on any other car though, that's why i thought it was weird.

 

clay bar, glaze and wax

if you keep a good coat of wax on it you shouldn't get any more of those spots

you should see what acid rain does to Black cars...lol...

 

That is weird since I live in the same town and I don't have anything of the sort.

 

might not show as well........ could be a difference in paint quality...... more clear v less.......

 

It's brake dust (and it's common asmy friend and i weretold by the Audi dealer), i get it on my car too, especiallyin the winter, and so does my friend on his a6. Both are cars are casablanca white and it shows up pretty bad, mainly on the back bumper and trunk, as stated before make sure you have a good coat of wax on your car or its really tough to get off, when i got my car there was no wax on it, i mean you could feel the grain in the paint, and it took me 3 hours and a scrub brush to get most of it off so i could wax it and its a lot easier to get off now when it shows up. -Nick
