What's up fellow B5-ers?

So what made you decide to go with the B5 instead of the others?
As for me, I have always liked the body style of the B5. In my opinion it's elegant yet simple.

looks and price, i got my car for a very good deal, guy was leaving for germany the next day and still hadnt sold his a4... so i gladly took it for next to nothing compared to its real value.
You're lucky! Was it stock when you bought it from him?
Should've asked him to include some ecodes that he could send once he gets to Germany. [8D]
Also, aren't B5's supposed to be the lightest out of all the A4's?
Another thing about the B5 is the fact that you can mod it in any kind of style and still looks nice.

For me the biggest factor was the price but even if I had more money I would have gotten a b5 and spent the money on mods. I love the body style because it's clean and classy. It is the lightest of the a4's since it's as loaded with stuff but it has just enough to make you feel that it's luxury enough. I loved the interrior and b5 rs4 parts are the hottest things ever. Engine is simple and has plenty of options for mods.
I got mine because it was reasonably priced, comfortable, moderately quick, nice looking, modable, and quattro. But mostly because they look awesome. It isn't too round and spaceship looking like the b6s, its classy, sporty and just great in general. But I might trade it for a 2.0T A3 if someone were really looking to give me a car. But seriously b5s look the best to me.
At the time I wasn't even looking at Audis. While looking for a RSX I spotted a silver b5 at the other end of the car lot. Opened the door, sat in that comfy black leather seat and the rest is history. The b5 just has that classy, timeless look.
