Need a stock turbo for my 98 a4 1.8 my old one is bad so need a new one let me know if anyone got one for sale or im i better off buying another turbo (aftermarket)???

not exactly sure will find out monday a shop told me it a 90% chance the turbo is broken cuz he hears a noise in and my blow off that i installed doesnt blow off so dont think its making boost but thanks alot for the that web site ill find out what it is monday and will post thanks a lot ghost6303

 

you probably installed the BOV incorrectly causing it not to operate and got compressor stalling and you stressed it enough to break something or wreck a bearing. this is a classic example of why you shouldnt put a BOV on your car unless you know what you are doing. theres a reason they have diverter valves.
