You can't really say "You know it will" with confidence, you didn't even know how to change your own oil (No offense).

We're serious, you probably really shredded your clutch packs (Automatic transmissions work with a series of clutch packs) and/or did other physical damage to the transmission. Not good man, not good.

I by no means wish this upon you, though. I hope by some miracle it's alright and you get many many more happy miles out of it!

wow 200$ for a tranny flush is cheap. when i cracked my trans oil pan, i got quoted 1200$ but thats including a new pan. and the "right" oil is 36$ a qt if they get it from the dealer. and u need 9.. do the math. your getting a pretty good deal ill say.

also lets remember for the future. your working on a small 4cyl.. the engine doesnt go back that far. the oil pan is right in your face when you get under the front end. and the bolt goes in horizontal.

the weird thing is that i just realized that my windows dont roll down/up with 1 click now. i guess that something was reset after i unplugged the battery to work on the valve cover gasket. do you guys know how to get back the 1 click back again?

1 click up and down has always stopped working for me when I disconnect the battery. It has always returned in a day or so.

This happens every now and then, and I just don't get it. Is it because the belly pan looks intimidating to remove? You can't miss the oil pan with it off, so that must be it, right?
