I think I'm going through what everyone else is... the coilpack issue. It happened a few days after I installed new plugs. Got all the symptoms and after a scan with OBD2, it came up as a misfire in cylinder 5. I have the 3.0, which one is cylinder 5?

 

Honestly you should buy a couple of coils because once one starts to go on a 3.0L the others aren't far behind.
Number 5 is the middle cylinder on the driver's side.
