A4 B6 3.0 Quattro, Cold Start To Quick Reverse, Low RPM Rumble?
So when I am in a hurry in the morning/afternoon and my car hasn't been driven all day, I usually turn it on, throw it in reverse, and turn around to leave. Lately, when I throw my car in to reverse from a cold start, the RPMs are a little low and my car shakes as if the engine is about to die. It is an automatic, and I haven't started noticing the issue until just recently. I am in Oregon so the temperature has been about mid 40's to low 50's when I start my car up for the first time. It doesn't do it when my car first starts, and it doesn't do it in drive, only while in reverse. Once I arrive at my destination and park, I can come back out 10 minutes later and reverse with no issues at all. Just wondering what the issue might be, or is this common for a cold start to quick reverse before my engine heats up completely? I have had the car about 3+ months and it has just recently started happening. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
