Background light inside won't off after switched off the engine

Background light inside won't off after switched off the engine
Hi everyone,
On 29 October, I spotted
1. The background light of the light switch AND (Picture 1&3)
2. The internal light panel won't off even I pulled out the car key or locked the car. (Picture 4)
Normally it will be off when I switched off the head light. I went to garage on the same day but they had no idea.
Today (30 Oct), I saw ESP light (Picture 3)also have the same situation. I can confirmed on 29, the ESP light did not come on if I did not turn the head light on.
I am worrying this issue will let my batter down.
Also, CD player usually have some noise like loading a disc but I did not put CD inside. CD player still doing his show (The noisy sound) when I pulled out the car key.
I am happy for all suggestions and I am still looking for garage to fix it out.
But worry they have no idea again.
