Default Broken Camshaft bolt... No run

Hey guys have a 2004 A4 has the 1.8T in her. working on it for my brother, but he was on a trip and had the camshaft bolt break...sheered off.... which in turn tore the tooth off the pulley... now i have reinstalled the bolt and pulley, I realigned the #1 piston, camshaft and crankshaft all To TDC.... However i am getting nothing... when i turn it over you can hear the turbo spin up, engine spins up but it almost seems as if i dont have spark or fuel.... which i have checked and i have both... so i am at a standstill.... lost for ideas and takers or anyone in the Boise,ID area wanna come play, i'll supply a few brews or something, am trying to save them a few bucks by doing it inhouse and not taking it to the stealership....
Any Help is Greatly appreciated

with 0 compression, sounds more than likely that the valves are bent, possibly some piston damage as well (pesky interference engine). you can either pull the head and then decide to replace the engine, replace the engine, or sell it to someone that will replace the engine.

You absolutelty bent your vavles..... and that bolt doesn't just sheer off. Something else happened or someone did some work and messed up and doesn't want to own up to it

Just had timing and waterpump work done on it about 2 months prior to... was told that most likely the bolt was sheered to due undertightening or overtightening... pulled the head and had the center valves on the intake side bent... was gonna get it remachined and new valves however now i pulled the cams because i thought i spotted some wearing and sure enough the cams and head are shot, now we are fighting the dealer that did the work to cover it or some of it... Thanks for the help!!!
if any body is near Boise ID and has an old head that could be refurbed let me know, you can email me or repost on here... muddymopar@q.com Thanks again

Quick question think I read somewhere that disconnecting the camshaft sensor at the front of motor will throw an engine code and needs to be reset by dealer or someone with a computer... will it still start up with this code, so that i could take it to a shop to get it synchronized and reset???
