Does any body have a procedure for testing a Camshaft position sensor?

I have a CEL for bank 2 saying that it is low.

I checked the voltage and I get a good 5V in the harness so I changed the sensor for one I got at Kragen.

That did not work so I'm thinking they sold me a bad one.

Are there any other tests such as continuity or resistance that I can try on the harness and\or the actual sensor to see if the sensor is bad?

This is for an 2003 A4.
