Default Check engine and fluid leaking?

ok so i was driving yesterday, got a CEL and immediatly went to advance.. it came back as Fuel system too Lean. so they cleared it, i went to get gas cause i was at 1/4 and got premium thinkin it was just maybe bad gas from a station i got it from. so then today CEL came on about 4 o clock. went to autozone to get it checked again and it came up with fuel to lean again. i think it was code p0710 or something like that... so then i looked under the hood and found this
it looks like coolant and the oil dipstick was like covered in oil. but see that little nipple thing on the black pole? it looks like it was leaking from there... idk help would be great. thanks!... btw car runs perfect otherwise.

I doubt it was that fault codes. I don't know why oil is on the engine cover but it has nothing to do with that plug. Thats a coolant plug, and those do leak, you just need a new O-ring to fix that.

the code was p0710 it was fuel system to lean. but i dont know what that would have to do with this situation under the hood? what does fuel to lean mean ? and how do i get that cap off the pipe to replace the o-ring?

You just need to take out the allan bolt, some coolant will spill out. Take out the little crush washer and replace it. The white stuff is just dried up coolant, it should wipe off easilly.
The system running lean is most likely due to a vacuum leak. Check all the lines.
