My coil packs keep failing every 2k miles or so on my ‘02 3.0 A4. I’ve been replacing them but I’ve already replaced 4 and my 5th one went out this week. I read online about a recall saying Audi would replace them one time. I called my local dealer and they said they knew nothing on this, ran my vin and said there are no recalls on my car. Does anyone know more on this? So it looks like I’m back replacing them on my own. Does anyone recommend a certain coil? The car is just my airport/go getter but I hate having to replace the coils.
