My coolant temperature gauge most of the time will not register any temp rise. I have heat so i dont think the problem is the thermostat. Once in a while it will register. It flutters uo the middle of the guage but then goes back down to C

I am not car intelligent. Is this a problem that needs to be repaired or can i drive it like this with the sensor not working correctly.

Do I have to tale the audi in? How much would they charge me to repair this?

well if your car is still under warranty then you shouldnt have to pay for anything
