My front window is making the grinding noise when I try to use the window switch. I opened the door panel and the cable is twisted on the plastic part that attaches to the motor wheel. I put it back in properly and tried again, and it still made the grinding noise. I am assuming I will have to replace that cable and the plastic wheel. Can anyone tell me if that will be the complete fix and how difficult the repair will be? I have already replaced the plastic guides on both rear door windows, so I am familiar with these windows, etc.
