Help... Clutch?!
Yesturday, I did some touch ups to my audi 02 1.8t manual - right cv both, both control arms...
Today i was on my way to the beach when i can to my problem..
I was in first turn right - 5-10km/h turn (up a drive way to a gas station), when all of a sudden my car stopped pulling and i hear a crack/pop from my front right (where the cv bolt was replaced).
The final result was that my car didn;t want to pick up any gears. The clutch pedal isn;t any different, but the car goes into gear without any pressing of the clutch, and once in gear it doesn;t want to move when given gas...
Talking to some car appraisals, they told me taht what could of happened, is the cv bolt popped out/broke and damaged the clutch..
Does anyone have any insight on this?? And this isn;t the first time the dealership screwed me over (Audi Dealership). Just yesturday when i was replacing these parts, i noticed today that my rear right rim was totally damaged. (Rims are 1 month old).. I called the manager and he said he was going to replace it..
Is it possible that the replacement done yesturday caused my problem today??
Thanks in advance..
