Have an 03 B6 automatic tiptronic. I was at a stop light and when I accelerated from a stop it kind of hesitated and shaked back and forth for bit but when it changed gears it kept going fine. On the next light I tried slowly from a stop and did it again. In the next one shaked worse and then I lost the gear. Stopped the car and it won't do anything in PRND (in every position it is like it's in neutral) and the PRND lights instrument panel blink and everytime I turn on the car they keep blinking.

Please tell me any thoughts on it. I'm I in for a new transmission?

You will prob have to go the dealer or a good trans shop (not aamco). Some other people have had similar problems and it has been the trans ecu. Basically the trans codes need to be pulled but I don't think we can do that.
