license plate light... question

Default license plate light... question

when changing the license plate light ... would i go from the outside... or would i have to go from the inside of the trunk?

outside. There are two small screws on the outer edge of the lense cover. remove these and pull off the cover lense.

Like Denali said, they are on the outside - be careful, i stripped one of the screws, had to drill it out, and buy a new lens for the light.

Once you get them out, Go LED:

ya the leds look nice as hell.. dont know the legality of them in canada though... and about the screw ya.. kinda killed it too, gonna have to drill it out haha

I got mine - they are 39mm I think? A search should let you know for sure. And I got the 6LED white ones. I love them, no bulb out warnings - do buy extras though, sometimes they can burn out quickly - Ive had mine for >1 year though (Knocks on wood).
