Default Looking for cone air filter

I'm asking here because more ppl here, sorry. Anyway, i'm looking for a decent cone air filter for my DIY intake. I'm trying to keep the cost under $100 so the filter shouldn't be more than $50. Any recommendation an a brand and quality? Should I stay away from those cheap $20 universal air filter on ebay? I think so, they probably suck.

PS: yes I am going for the look & sound. My is a 3.0 and I'm bored. LOL

For best results you should look into a BLOX velosity stack ($40 on ebay) and a AEM dry flow filter thats has a 6" inlet ($45 on summit). This will flow great and have no oil to mess up the maf.

6" inlet? I hope you meant to type 3". Anyways I have some in mind, tell me what you guys think.

K&N $50

Spectre8136 $20

Spectre9735 $50

AEM/EBAY $45

and you might want to be aware of K&N because their filters can have a lot of oil on them which can drip into the MAF and mess it up and set off a code in your car
