Default Oil Filter Question (picture included)

I just picked up a oil filter from CarQuest. It does say Wix on the box.

Is it a good choice? It's for a 03 Audi a4 3.0 and I'll be using mobil 1 0w40.

Wix is a middle of the road filter, the internals are belt well enough for a N/A engine, very little debris will get into the engine and the bypass valve is sufficient.
Should be fine.
Nothing beats a MANN filter though, they are superbly built.

Thanks for the reply, I'll definitely get Maan or oem for the next oil change.
The car came with a purolator filter, so im pretty sure that this one is better.
