question about diverter valve

Can u use a Forge Diverter/blow off valve to take the place of a diverter valve and still keep everything good with my 02 a4 1.8T. If you guys could shed some light to me thanx

Go with the forge 007 and your golden. the forge splitter if you want more of BOV sound but still keep your recirc... I have also heard the 004 works without problems, but I just wouldn't recommend any other BOV for an AUDI.

Actual BOV's will not work well with the Audi system which is designed to havea diverter valve. You want something that will recycle the air though the system. The diverter/bov allows you to have the recirculation function while still venting some pressure.. I have heard they work ok.

Forge 004 Is Ok to run on our cars. It was designed for 1.8t, that BV is closed at IDLE. I run myself one. You might run richer though.

Dude. Just stick with a stock 710N and you're fine. Why would you pay allot of money just for a whoosh sound. BFD as far as I'm concerned.
