runs rough after warm up.. HOF Game, Too much paint on field

Audi A4 1.8 2004
From a cold start she idles and runs fine.. But 60 seconds later the idle comes down, and runs rough ...?
The code was 02 sensor, so i replaced... no change... 02 is cleared.
the remaining codes are for cylinders all. Cleared but they return ... Never a problem with this Audi. Well cared for...
speed sensor replaced .... No change...
